Double track model railway layout with watarfall and lake in N scale 1/160

THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER FOR MR. FRANKLIN CHRISMAN. TOTAL PRICE 3.000 EUROS TO BE PAID IN 2 INSTALMENTS. ONE PAYMENT OF 1.500 EURO ON PLACING THE ORDER, AND ONE PAYMENT OF 1.500 EURO ON COMPLETING THE ORDER.

1 - This model rail way layout is carved manually out of light weight insulation foam. The base size is 120 x 90 cms (47. x 35.43 inches).

2 - The steel bridge is no long er available. I will make a very realistic stone bridge myself carved out of insulation foam.

3 - The railway track is balasted Fleischmann rails.

4 - The pine and deciduous trees are made by me from twisted steel wire or wooden pins, with poly fiber, and or coconut fiber, and than sprinkled with fine turf and or course turf. You can choose summer, autumn or winter colours.

5 - The landscape scenery, roads, side walks and open fields are made with acrylic paints, PVA glue, fine and or course turf, and synthetic static grass fibers. Mountains and rocks are carved very detailed out of insulation foam. The bare rocks are getting a watered down black wash, and blow sprinkled with fine turf for realistic effect.

6 - The water surface is made with PVA glue, shrinkled soft tissue paper creating realistic waves, brushed with watered down PVA glue. Once this is dry, a mixture of almost dry brushing light green, brown, dark green and black acrylic paint, smoothly flowing into each other, finished off with various layers of acrylic varnish.

7 - Included are 1 transformer and 2 track speedregulators, for the double track layout allowing you to operate 2 trains individually at the same time. The layout is analogue.

8 - The processing time to make this layout is about 100 hours over a period of 7 to 8 weeks, between the various stages of drying of glue, paints, and assembling.

9 - Shipping with DHL Express, delivery takes about 3 to 5 days depending on destination, is free and included in the price. A strong double layer corrugated carton is used for packaging to fit the base of the layout so it cannot move sideways. Soft tissue paper balls are used to fill the open space in the box. For safe transport reason the trees are packed on top of the layout. You can easily insert the trees into the insulation foam.
The total weight of the completed railway layout including the corrugated carton box does not exceed 15 kilos.

Not included in the price are the train, wagons.
